Natural leader, loves to be in charge. Spends time inventing and perfecting systems to make things that much better. Appreciates a good schedule, and sticks to it. Good at seeing the big picture, developing the long-term plan, solving problems in clever ways. Wants to be stimulated, naturally curious, enjoys interacting with other people who want to change the world. Moves toward the spotlight, likes the acknowledgement, wants the emotional and financial compensation he/she believes is due. Sets goals for others, supervises them, but doesn’t deal with their small personal issues. Superior networker, solid entrepreneur, can play at senior levels.

 

Potential Areas of Conflict

Too quick to make important decisions, relies upon instinct, atmospherics, optics, and network of relationships, doesn’t sit still long enough to study or evaluate the facts. Pushy. Aggressive. Annoying. Seems to be everywhere, won’t leave anything alone. Possesses a very high opinion of himself/herself that may not be shared by all. Not very good with details. Not very good with the less exciting parts of any process. May completely miss what others see so clearly, especially in the area of personal needs.
