Loves being a part of the group! So much stimulation from such a diverse collection of characters! Very motivated, always jumps in, makes suggestions, tries to solve problems. Always the first to suggest and arrange to meet new people who may expand the circle. Completely taken with the ongoing, exciting challenge of the tough questions, and the free exchange of ideas. Best if he or she can move at his or her own pace, with not too many rules. Strong orientation toward the public good. Warm sense of humor. Enjoys plenty of personal freedom.

 

Potential Areas of Conflict

Hates conflict. Gets lost in the excitement and may confuse the picture in his or her head with the reality of the situation. Can be perceived as flaky or, at least, unrealistic (but always good humored, never nasty about anything). Leaps before looking; ready, fire, aim! Not very disciplined, and so, sometimes, unreliable. Plans are often disrupted or sidelined because someone or something interesting came along. Not very good about showing up on time, not always prepared, follow-through can be erratic.
