Character Development Workspace: SNAP
Snap is logical, efficient, focused, and rational. By injecting reason and process, Snap enjoys spending time with innovators, and comfortably adds value to every original idea. Snap is able to compartmentalize emotions in ways that others find shocking and unfathomable, but deep down, there is a great heart (just not one that Snap chooses to expose). Insists upon uniform standards and measurement, fair play.
ESTJ
Systematic, organized, relies upon facts and policies. Uses resources efficiently. Develops logical conclusions. Concrete, straightforward; requires clear specifications. Expects measurement by fair, explicit standards. Conscientious. Does not bring personal issues into the mix. Realistic. Focuses on concrete results. Enjoys action, and interaction with a variety of personalities. Takes charge easily, a role accepted by others.

INTJ
Lives to create, develop solutions, improve existing systems, innovate bold new ideas. Logical, reasonable, analytical, orderly. Conscientious and detail oriented (detail lover, in fact). Perseveres, but prefers one-on-one and small group interactions to anything large. Constantly seeking new information, and bolting it on to what is already known, often to come up with a novel approach. Requires autonomy and control, which is routinely granted in part because few people can deal with the world at this level of concept (high) or detail (low). Superior capacity for synthesizing information.
Potential Areas of Conflict
Not enough interpersonal interactions for regular or sustained conflict, but may be stubborn, unwilling to suffer fools (or those who have not done their homework). May be sharply critical, but rarely intends the criticism as personal. Far more interested in new ideas than in necessary or practical ones—assumes others will deal with the routine, so he/she does not. Not especially diplomatic. Doesn’t always succeed in communicating innovative ideas, or persuading others to see things his/her way. Arrogant, or perceived to be. Condescending, or perceived to be. Can be inflexible, and closed-minded, especially when the facts and patterns are clear in his/her own mind. Changing his or her mind is not easy to do—and once changed, it’s difficult to shift it yet again.
